Healthtune does NOT perform “routine” massage sessions. We look holistically at what is required for the individual.
Most tension exists along bands in the body that are composed of muscles, tendons, ligaments and other body tissues. Underlying these physical manifestations of the bands are subtle energy systems similar to Meridians in Chinese Medicine, Sen lines in Thai Massage, or Nadis in Ayurvedic Massage. Knowledge and techniques gleaned from these ancient modalities were then integrated and evolved to form the Raynor Band Theory (image above) along with its unique set of techniques, stretches and rhythm. While Raynor Naturopathic Massage Bands may overlap with some of these, the distinguishing feature of Raynor Bands is that the bands can be physically traced and often seen within the body.

My service to you is to help remove any and all residual tension. I incorporate Eastern & Western techniques to suit each individual being by customising a treatment to your needs. I can also come to you and accomodate a mobile massage service if needed creating a convenient, safe and relaxing service for you.
My experience ranges from working on people of all ages including during pregnancy. I accept and invite you to allow me to improve your quality of life.

Terms & Conditions
At Healthtune, it is our intention to provide our guests with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment. We will tailor each treatment to our client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating guests.
We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies which by booking a session with Health tune you are agreeing to the following:
General
- Healthtune are professionally trained, certified and insured.
- Healthtune provides only professional, health and well being focused massage. Adult services are not provided.
- Healthtune reserves the right to change prices and services without notice.
If you are Running Late
- Please let us know by telephone as soon as possible if you are running late or are not ready to commence your massage at the arranged time. I will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
- Please note that due to scheduling constraints, your therapist may still have to conclude your massage at the scheduled finish time.
- In the event that your therapist arrives at the designated property and there is no-one home, they will stay until 10 minutes past the scheduled start time of your massage. If you have not arrived within this time frame, and not notified us, then it is considered a no-show and you will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Code of Conduct
- Under no circumstances will sexual comments or advances, or aggressive comments, or gestures be tolerated. Anything of this nature will result in termination of the appointment, with full payment expected.
- Our Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it.
- The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time.
- The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be un-draped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
Existing & New Medical Conditions
- It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.
- The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
- For clients undergoing pregnancy, chemo and radiation therapies, please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.
Health & Hygiene Practices
- Health and hygiene is taken seriously and evaluated regularly at Healthtune. All tools, tables and towels are cleaned after each use and regularly replaced to ensure the highest standard of sanitary and an environment where your health and the health of your therapist is a primary concern.
- We also ask that if you book a mobile service that the area in your home is also kept clean and fresh for the appointment to take place. For maximum results we ask that for the length of your booking there are no distractions within the environment to ensure full concentration from yourself and the therapist.
Confidentiality
- We treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your express permission.
- You may choose to talk or not during the massage. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.
